You must be at least 18 years old to use Housomly. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

• Login is available only via Google or Facebook OAuth
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We do not store passwords or sensitive login credentials
• You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity

4. Listings & User Content

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any property listing you post
• Listings must not be misleading, fraudulent, or illegal
• You must have legal authority to post the property
• We reserve the right to edit, remove, or block any listing at our discretion

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, duplicate, or deceptive listings
• Using the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Attempting to bypass security or access restricted areas
• Scraping, copying, or misusing platform data

6. No Brokerage or Guarantee

Housomly is not a broker, agent, or party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, or legality of any listing or user.

7. Fees & Payments

Currently, basic access to Housomly is free unless explicitly stated. Any future paid features will be clearly disclosed before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and platform design belong to Housomly unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Housomly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
